A manufacturing company is in need of a Lawyer as an Executive /Legal Secretary.
Location: Lagos (Mainland)
Qualification: BL, LLB (ICSAN as added advantage)
Years of experience : 5years above
Job descriptions
* Drafting and vetting wide variety of Legal agreements.
* Attending meetings on behalf of the company.
* Responsible for the collation and delivery of statutory returns with the regulatory bodies.
* Provide all such of administrative and secretarial duties as directed by the directors.
* Legal advice and advocacy skills

Advances experience in use of Microsoft & other office words, excel, ppt etc.
Good telephone skills
Ability to communicate effectively with customers over the phone / understand their phone
Experience in HRM is a plus
Ability to create proposals based on customer’s requirements.
Ability to quickly learn & understand the services of SQT
Very decent & professional dressing, always looking smart.
