The cheating guy is a manipulator and a hurting type, he is not only cheating on his GF, but also wants her to know and to accept his cheating, to create a concept it is her fault for not having big boobs. She develops the inferiority complex thinking she should accept and tolerate his cheating and she gets depressed, feels not loved, she should kick him out and find a man who will love her the way she is and to be faithful, cheating is too dangerous for her, as a woman she can't be easily cured and the cheater will bring all kind of decease into her body
