I notice this builders charges according to level of client(if they now you are well to do,they embezzle you real good)and also if you got no knowledge about building.
Am not here to scam anyone,ever since then I have ask rich folks to stay behind while I handle their building projects and they also watch from afar. I have been doing great in this work.
I got workers in all field but you can also direct me to any reliable ones that you have in mind if need be while I do a better bargaining for you, and i also supervise the work.

Even in Freetown nothing is free,you need money for building materials and labour.
Am just here to cut off irrelevance expenses that discourage people from investing into building,and I mean the course,people around me is benefiting already, thanks.

I know this is nairaland were we meet all kinds of people from Nigeria especially, if you read clearly you should know that am not the engineer building, but to my best of my knowledge in this work I know that such a soil is dangerous for construction but nevertheless their are good foundation structure that can fit in like pad foundation,

approximately 3000blocks and above depending on the desire dimension.
at present rate of things 125k can mould 1000blocks everything included(cement sand and workmanship) @ 45 blocks per cement for 5 inches. 50-50 sharp sand to stone dust is use according to the availability in the area, also I meant to say 45blocks per cement for 5'inches moulder we make 40 blocks for 6inches all for durability. all the moulding will be on site, because I get jobs from different location.
