Billions of dollars have been sinked into tackling this menace plaguing our nation and nothing has been achieved so far. The government keeps approving funds for the purchase of obsolete weapons while their counterpart makes use of the sophisticated ones, what could be the reason? Could it be that Boko Haram was formed by some group of unpatriotic elite politicians to divert funds meant for the people? Mynd44
