go to federal secretariat opposite military hospital.

once you enter the premises, you will most likely get somebody ask you were you are going or who you are looking for.

passport office is on first floor sha.

it will cost you between 25-28k.

look for any of their responsible looking staff in uniform and let the person handle it for u, it will be easier than trying to follow the process yourself, its frustrating like every public office in the land.
