HI all i magine you go to an ATM MACHINE it doesnt issue out money but the system still debits your account. Its true it happen to me thank God for account alert i quickly noticed it and thank God it occured at my own Banks ATM MACHINE Diamond Bank else i would have realy been in a mess since it was a public holiday last week friday.

As Developer one rule in all our online payment system is that you do not Debit a costumer untill service has been rendered well obviously Diamond's ATM must have a flau in system implementation whoever designed for them .

Well people be careful casue when a machine has no money and is still debit your account . and you know how Nigerian Banks are they still fill they are doing us a favour. when its our money they spend.

i got my money back but i not sure i can do business with they again
