Av been tryng 2 upload id card 2 ds scholarsip site but my applicatn is just displayng "error d aplcatn must b jpeg,gif
0r png & less dan 10000 kb". D attendant of cafe dat am usng ar claming dat dy ar usng png 4 scanin & dat scan of my id card is les dan 100kb talkles of 10000kb, but d aplicatn keep sayng d same tin

I had the same problem. But what i did was that, after scaning the id card, i now send it to my email. I then used downloaded the id card to my phone and saved. Then using my phone, i opened the site and then uploaded the id card from my phone and it worked.

Edie wc operamini did u use 2 dowload it into ur phone. Is now in my box and am usi ng opera 4.2 wc am unable 2 dowload it wth. May b i stil need anoda settings 4 it. OR Can i know ur no, so dat we can talk 1 on1

seriously that,s what i'm thinking of doing. But the opera to use will be an issue. I've tried using 4.2 , it keeps refreshing d 'upload' page. I tried 5b2, luck ran out of me.
If you successfully do it, pls keep us posted. Thanks.

@ gafar, use ur phone web browser to save the id card under your images. And then use ur opera 4.2 to open the site and upload the id card

I thanks evry body 4 yesterday assistance but i stil av little prblm wth it. I used d method of croping to gif(infact i turn 643kb into 9.5kb gif) but loadng ar just searcng wtout result even some1 it wil go bak to upload pict or dislay sometin else afta sometime of searcng. Pls help me out

same dimension.mine was initially 138kb.after cropping it became 9.8kb.

I had the same problem when I applied yesterday evening. But i re-applied this morning , about 11a.m, and it was sent.

ADVICE: Wait 4 24hrs, if nothing happens, you may consider re-applying in d morning. It's only a suggestion
