please I made a transfer on the 22nd using UBA card on Gtb ATM machine to transfer 248k to a gtbank account and it shows transaction "successful" immediately and l got debited instantly. ever since then the recipient is yet to get the value and on my end here when I check transaction history online it's showing POS (description null null NG). I'm a bit confused here, and I've since contacted UBA and they said I should give them 7 working days but I want to be sure if my money isn't lost, since description is (null null).

Before the 7 days the money will bounce back. I also had similar issues

Why don't you do it on the app ?

contact GTbank on their various socia media platforms. They respond faster. i made a transaction on that day and it was unsuccessful. After much complaint, it was sent to the recipient and id have to meet him for a refund.

You need to contact the bank to start investigation of what is going on. They should show you that your money really is transferred to the other bank. With proof , go to other bank and request your money. Waiting 7 days to get your funds doesn’t make sense

funds was reversed yesterday night.
called UBA Support on the 19th and they said the complaint was not logged. so they sent me a form by email and asked me to fill, scan and email it back to them which I did and they told me funds would be reversed in OR before February 4th. I just checked my account yesterday and saw it, no alert.
