I need the partner to contribute 2 million naira and nothing more. I will add the remaining 600,000 naira as a sign of commitment. The agreement can include lawyers and paperwork.
The nature of the business is intra-city transport business because it's less risky than intercity transport business. Though, the return is less compared to intercity transport business. I'm already doing it but I need investor who can believe in me and what I'm doing.
We're going to buy two mini buses with this amount and put them on the road within two to three weeks. Both will be bringing in a total amount of N100,000 per month but I will be adding another N100,000 to it every month from my existing business. I will be paying the investor sum of N200,000 every month in order to speed up the rate of recovery of his investment.
I'm offering nothing less than N500,000 as the profit for the investor. This means paying him N200,000 every month for 12 months and N100,000 in the 13th month.
The business will be insured. And in addition, my existing investments and asset will put the mind of the investor at ease.
We will know each other inside out which include house addresses, family members and guarantors.
Note: what investor get for investing won't be called interest but profit.
