It is sad the way some employers exploit there employees. It is also sad that the so called employees do noting to inform other job seekers of there experience while working for this bad employers.

Before i honor any job interview or accept any job offer, i go only to search for reviews or information. I have been able to avoid many scam invites this way. Unfortunately when i did a search on ---------- noting bad came up. though when i went for the interview my bullshittt alarm was ticking but i ignored it due to desperation for a job.

Another bad sign i didn't take as important was that the place was supposed to be over 10 years old or so but there was no staff that had worked there for more than a year as at when i got the job. The owner's defense for this was that he was re branding the place due to miss management of the previous workforce, that he had to leave his other businesses to take charge of this one bla bla bla.

Another sign was when i compared the information he gave me during the interview to what I met. An example of this was the number of students the institution had. during the interview he said a hundred plus, and in reality the institution had on paper 11 and i met with and saw only 8 students during my 3 months stay.
Even though i saw all these and a lot more in my first week of working there, i was too desperate for a job to act.

I wouldn't say much but to advice any job seeker 'RUN' when you hear the name ----------, If you are stubborn or find your self working there before seeing this. Please tell us your experience after a month of working there...

I worked at a place where my colleagues and supervisors were almost as clueless as this present administration. I was practically doing everybody's job.

That's the problem with most private biz in nig. My current place of work the woman will tell you to always tell her before you do anything and if you still tell her she will start shouting on you. I know that's the reason why the other guy left and no customer self but one day I'll remind her wat she said

Well, am enjoying my current place of work. Though sey eh. Hmmmm....as the place big, na so the problem big oooo
