Good day all , please is there any known organisation that builds or complete an already built house (halfway) if the owner can no longer continue due to financial constraints, after building the owner would then pay back in instalments with intrest. .. thank you

They are usually called developers.
They usually own part of the building and collect rent for some time to recover their investment.
