Rape is one of the hardest crimes to prove yet it is the easiest to accuse a man of, for example crime detectives would advice that a rape victim get tested immediately via a rape kit in order for precious evidence to be gathered. In this case there is a video of the act yet if the defendants could prove she collected payment(Prostitution) or that they've acted such before or perhaps assassinate her character then the law would naturally favor the defendants. Also in a place like Nigeria, the more money you have and the more connected you are, the more likely you'll be able to get your way. All in all, my advice still goes out to the ladies, if you must go clubbing, do so with people who have your back, a female friend or two, only drink can or bottle drinks opened in your presence and above all leave once you feel you are losing control of your ability to think clearly!

There are many unreported cases of rape.
This rape case got blown out beyond proportion due to undisputed evidence. And i think the victim though has connections and influence in bringing the culprits to book must be someone who has good social interactions

I think it’s because they raped her and even were dumb enough to record it on their fones which the police confiscated and have evidence of the rape even if they want to deny they can’t.

Dont be blinded by hate for the criminals. If this is the penalty for rapists, and at the end of the day, they are proven innocent or the victim later confesses that it was all a lie, what would you do then.

I guess the justice system in the country is why the anger is this large but this is not the way forward.

He just mentioned an exemplary trait in Falz, the fact that he doesn't follow the crowd and is his own man, shows a strength of character.

It might not make him more talented (he already is, how many musicians do you know with 2 AMVCAs?), but it does help his image a lot more than theirs.
