An American developer let's say charges $200. This is a very small amount of money and he believes it's damn cheap and affordable for many.

A Nigerian developer would not think the same way because $200 is a lot of money when converted to his local currency, so, he thinks #200 is cheap and affordable.

Also, Those foreign developers prepare budget to promote their apps and they make money from the effort put into marketing.

But most local developers, because of low financial resources, would only rely on free advertising to land sales.

Therefore, the little sales he makes is enough to put foods on his table

seriously, the app and game industry is really saturated but the whites are making it better there compared to Nigerians. like the op pointed out, the app is same and even better than those of its kind. I can't really tell why Nigerians are in this shit
