it is commonly known dat vitamin c cant stand long storage n heat n we know dat b4 onions get 2 us here in the south it takes a long time may be weeks or over a month. meanwhile,onions can be seen in markets left under harsh sun. now, considering the fore going, do u think onions we buy here in the south south still contain vitamin c? I need a nutritionist or a well informed person 2 comment on this.
