British Council Wants To Scam Me. Please Help by ItsTime4me(m): 9:10am On Feb 15, 2019
I registered a friend for the IELTS exam is supposed to be written on the 14th of February. But I did not receive any mail from the notifying me about the exam. I sent them a mail two days before the exam and a lady replied by asking if it has been resolved. I replied back saying no. Yet, no mail. On the day of the exam, I called the office and a lady asked me to give her the reference number. After checking she said they sent a mail for the exam. But I did not receive any mail. I checked my spam and inbox, no mail.

She said she was going to escalate the issue to the exam officers and then get back to me but up till now I have not heard anything from them. The annoying thing is that all the numbers provided for contacts in Abuja are fake. They are not working. Right now even the number with which I contacted the lady in Lagos is not connecting.

Please what do I do? My friend and her mother are on my neck right now. Please what do I do? I was only trying to help and now this.
