It's 8:30am here and no show of INEC Ad-hoc staff, just some policemen hanging around.

I am becoming concerned cos the distance from here to INEC headquarters isn't more than a 2hrs drive and yet nothing is happening while it's a clear case of the opposite in the Northern region.

What's happening in onitsha? No police, no mapol, even cars are on the road. It looks as if today is a normal Saturday. Election materials never reach my side, meanwhile, PMB has voted in katsina
