I sincerely wish we could get a better method of electing leaders.

There is no way to measure the quality of the votes, in fact there is nothing like quality of the votes because all votes counts as equal.

As a politician, all u have to do is to look for a way to get the unlettered, unexposed, docile and gullible ones among the masses to support you, and so long u have the bigger crowd, u win.

This is one major reason why the country is being administered by rulers and not leaders.

Simply because it's all a game of numbers, whoever gets the higher number takes charge of the finances of the country.

I wish we had a way to measure the quality of votes, but that won't be easy. Even the best statisticians will struggle to collate the result.

The principle of "all votes counts equal" is only suitable for countries with a higher literacy level and higher IQ of it's citizens.

We have too many gullible people in Nigeria and that's the reason why it will be hard for those young and vibrant aspirants like fela and the rest to win.

With this "all votes are equal" crap, we will keep electing rulers, not leaders.

The only way this "all votes are equal " method can work in Nigeria is to greatly improve the literacy level and the level of thinking among the populace.

When the level of thinking of the average Nigerian improves, then we will start to elect leaders. Just watch and see.

Why do u think the cost of education keeps increasing year by year in Nigeria ?? Or why they are reluctant to invest in the public universities for the common man ??

Because these rulers know that, once the large part of the masses are enlightened, then they are bleeped and thats the end for the rulers.

We have the money to make all public universities up to international standard.

But these rulers will never invest in it because they know that

ANYWHERE THERE IS ABUNDANCE OF KNOWLEDGE, THERE CAN'T BE BONDAGE.

These rulers are 10 times more foresighted than the average social media thugs who are fighting for them.

Drops pen,
Bye
