We have no other means to ensure quality people into the national other than this process atleast it is expected that even with the bad educational system,a university graduate should have a better output than a school cert holder even if such person failed in school.

^^^ Do they teach national anthem in the university? You learn it in the primary school so anybody that passed through the primary should know/sing the anthem.

No i'm not referring to the certificate, rather i'm talking about the people involved. A university graduate is not necessarily better than a school cert holder.
