Some Ibo youths would tell you their tribe doesn't need the presidency, but deep down their minds it's something they are longing for. After Buhari,it will be the turn of SW to rule this country.
No shaking SW 2023!

Is this not too early?

But if I may ask?

What's the benefit of those ruling since 1999

This discussion was already on even before the election.
SSecondly, there is no much benefit unless one wants to be like Jonathan in some aspects but just to have sense of belonging

That is the problem with igbos like u.One way reasoning. It's igbos like u that sit at home on election day n tell all that cares to listen that u r not going out to vote because those at the top already know the winner.

I have been shouting about 2023 since 2014.Now look at it.My fears are happening right before my eyes because igbos like u refused to listen to me.

I'm sure they don't want the presidency.

Just give them a few more weeks and you'll hear "Biafra or death" chants again.

I'm sure cowardice is in your genes. You don't need to learn that. Just take a look at the way Ojukwu and KANU jakpa when they saw Nigerian soldier boys come for them.

Boring. If giving all your votes to Atiku Al'Camerooni Dan Fulani didn't make you slaves, I wonder why Yorubas who split their votes should be tagged slaves. Boring.

The pride is the same reason for disunity and almost there syndrome. If slavery and cowardice puts people in position of Presidency, oh c'mon, that's a good tag to bear while the so-called free and bold are languishing in hatred, division and political irrelevance.

First of all I'm Ijaw and even though we are in the same struggle with the Igbos I don't see it happening.

I campaigned hard and VOTED for Atiku amid ameachi induced military bullets flying every where on my LGA.

We need to re strategize. I pray for a miracle at the supreme court for Atiku if not it's not looking good politically for us.

The core north have hatched a plan for buhari to hand over to ribadu. Let's not down play it!

These our greedy and selfish Igbo political elite!

Who gives a sh’it about Igbo presidency? Fulani have been President countless number of times...how has it changed their fortunes for the better? Are they generally better off than us?

Instead of them to be talking of full and comprehensive restructuring or we all go our separate ways, they’re here talking nonsense!

The hate towards Igbos is too much in this country.
Now they are saying we hate anything that is not Igbo. Obj, Yardua, Goodluck and Atiku. None of them are Igbos and yet Igbos voted for them.
Buhari that openly gv 85% appointment to his cronies is saint?
You hate Igbo bt want to be in the same country with them.

Keep deceiving yourselves, the only reason you guys were shouting Atiku is because you guys hate buhari and you wanted obi to be vice.

Igbo presidency will never happen. Even if all igbos in Nigeria votes for him. The north, west, and some part of the south will not vote for him.

What happened in the just concluded presidential election is a lesson.

The truth is always a tough pill to swallow. I respect Tiunbu a lot. He set Lagos state on a path of prosperity but he goofed big time for buhari.

What did buhari do after winning in 2015? He sent efcc after him. It took buhari just attending Tiunbu birthday party that had him rolling on the floor again. Buhari will never support Osibanjo. It's clear from the way they treat him. Osibanjo is a glorified errand boy.

Nigerian presidency shouldn't be ethnically politicised. Someone should tell that APGA chairman that the Igbos are not interested of Nigerian presidency of Igbo extraction, but only interested in a president who sees every Nigerian as his subject whose welfare and security must be his concern.
That the Igbos voted massively for PDP shows their believe and ideological stand on the candidate of PDP. They are very happy with their choice and please don't wail for them. They choose to be HOT or COLD, and not LUKEWARM. Igbos are not Bat that is neither bird not mammal. I repeat, they are not interested in a Nigerian president of Igbo origin, and can only support such candidate if he/she is deemed competent.

Greed for money and everything won't allow the Ibos to lead us.. Very greedy in their hunt for money and power . Apart from this they have no leader. An average rich man in Igbo land is his own leader. Tell me how they want to do it..

Buhari sent the EFCC after Tinubu? I'm just hearing this for the first time. We have heard so many conspiracy theories since Buhari came on board and none of them turned out to be true, why don't you just wait for 2023 to come before the assumptions? And please, stop wishing others death.

I AM A YORUBA MAN. I MUST TELL YOU THERE IS HATRED AND ENVY EVERYWHERE, IT IS NOT COMMON TO ANY SECTION, SOM IT IS EVEYWHERE IN THE LAND. FOR THE IGBOS I THINK THEY SHOULD INTEGRATE WITH OTHERS POLITICALLY AND STOP SEEING THEMSELVES AS ONE MAN NATION. THIS IS A COUNTRY BINDED BY LOVE AND UNITY. IF I WERE PETER OBI, I WOYULD NOT AHVE ACCEPTED V.P BECAUSE IF ATIKU WINS, HE WILL GO FOR SECOND TERM SO WHERE IS 2023. SOME IGBOS WILL SAY, THEY ARE NOT AFTER THE TOP SEAT BUT READY TO SUPPORT ANYONE THAT WILL MOVE THE NATION FORWARD. IN THIS ZOO, YOU STILL AHVE YOUR MEN IN THE SENATE. SO WHERE IS THE UNITY?

I don't wish death on any body. Playing to words on the book The Prince to the tee, buhari sent an investigative panel against Tiunbu. If the president says otherwise he is lying.

Tiunbu claimed that money was used for the election.

If we wait till 2023 it would be too late

Problem of Nigeria so far is not about where the President comes from, is purely corruption which has eaten to deep into Nigeria's DNA.

No country prospers with such high rate of corruption. U ever wondered why China, or Korea etc proscribed capital punishment on corruption? It's deadlier than hiv, cancer etc to any society.

That said, lets be real here, was it fulani that spent the Imo State budgets on Statues, or Abia State budget on famy biz?

The most corrupt set of people in Nigeria are ibos. An average ibo man doesn't like to woo ladies, they simply buy her expensive gifts, wears etc for the mum of d lady to have their way.

All the ibo Senate presidents so far have been massively indicted. e.g Adolfus Wabara, Ken etc. An average ibo man thinks that money can buy anything including attempting to bribe their way to heaven or buy off sins. Reason they are better in giving in churches. No let Ibo man pay offering o hmm.

Point is, u only deceiving yourselves thinking Ibo presidency will be better.

The bitter truth is no ibo man will be the president of this country
