Please I don't know if this is a scam, someone is bringing a manual form for NESO recruitment and I am very much aware that anything that belongs or comes from federal government is always an online registration that is why I want to confirm from NL if this is true or a scam, because I am interested in purchasing it. I even heard someone saying that it is a voluntary organization.

anyone who has info about this should drop it.
