Please I need help in quitting bet9ja virtual.
This gambling of a thing has made me loose a lot of money, made people that are not meant to talk to me talk to me anyhow.
I work, for the past one year that I've been working, I can't account for anything to shown for it.
This gambling habit is killing me. Please I need help, my last month salary just finished today because of this virtual.
I just lost everything and I don't have money to even feed. This keeps happening all the time.

Please advice me on how to quit, if you like insult me. I've been insulted enough.
And police has even arrested me because I once played virtual and owed them 45 thousand and wasn't able to pay.

I need advice please, if not this habit will destroy me.
I'm getting depressed on a daily because of this habit.

My advice for u is, join a monthly contribution group, let it be a contribution u pay same day u receive ur salary, then budget little for ur feeding and let the rest go for the continuation, then buy food stuffs immediately after payment day, l tell u if u don't have any cash on you, the spirit of Bet9ja will walk out of ur life without stress... However, u could leave such habit by taking ur mind off the game.. Try , in ur thinking to let go.. Because the more/main reason u r playing the game often even when u made up ur mind is that u want to make back ur loosed money... Thats why u keep going back.. Just let it go .. Secondly, think of maximizing ur time.. All the time u r spending , following and forecasting those games , u can learn new skills like barbing, fashion designing, mechanic, u can go to school , u can learn a trade .. U can start making new friend that will benefit ur life..
