So I decided to create a thread for grad students (post bachelors degree) to enable them share their experiences (from settling in, expenses, housing, saving tips, where to get the Best Buy,lectures, internships, jobs etc) and the whole nine yards about life as a grad student in the US.

I believe that we can help ourselves more by sharing our experiences with others. The goal is to create a strong information network as Nigerians, making the road easier for one another.

please i have completed all the process for my masters in the US except the embassy interview. I studied economics in my undergraduate but i have been given admission in masters in industrial management in texas A&M university kingsville.

Nice one OP, but you should have started with yourself: what's the name of your school, state, degree and current status? That will help others follow.
