The vice chairman of Lobi Stars football club of Makurdi who spoke exclusively to www.footballlive.ng thanked God for the team’s qualification.

He went on to dedicate the qualification of the team for the super six to the Executive Governor of Benue State Samuel Ioraer Ortom who he said has been the financial pillar of the team from three seasons back.
Speaking further, “last year we won the league, this year we are second in our group. This is an indication of the consistency of the team.” He said.
Mike Idoko while also dedicating the team’s picking the ticket to the super six to the late coach of the team Coach Solomon Ogbeide said, “it is very unfortunate that the coach who started the season is no more. May his soul rest in peace. We hope to pick one of the tickets to the super six.”
The astute administrator concluded by saying all focus has been shifted to the super six.
