What you said abt Finland if it is true I'm shocked pls elaborate

Education in Finland is seen as building an individual and not as preparing them for job like we do in Nigeria. The teaching profession is on the level we put medical degree in Nigeria. You must have a masters degree in education and your field and it's only their best brain students that are allowed to teach.
Their education consists of elementary, high school, vocational school before higher institution. Schooling is also free to the PhD level. There is no exam, no extra mural classes and schools are given free hand to operate unlike S. Korea where schooling is almost 7 days a week. While the schools all operate a similar curriculum. Teachers are not just givers of knowledge, they play a vital role in their society. This is the little I still remember.
