First deal went not so well as it took him an extra two weeks to fulfil. I didn't complain and I felt it was all logistics issues as he claimed.

The second shipment I paid and he went all ballistic. Turn Around Time passed and he showed no restrain as he claimed he lost all my goods to only god knows what maybe theft or I still don't understand.

I remained calm and after three solid months he delivered half of my good. Meanwhile I had scaled up my sales as i collected extra money upfront from some clients (bride&groom) to purchase goods.

Alas! I went on a refund spray I was bitter, but he claimed its was custom issues and I am not the only one.

I took a heavy loss from this action but I didn't complain as he complained to me that he also lost alot.

Here is the crack. For the losses he held on to my money (equivalent amount of lost goods) and asked me to do business again and promised to pay me back three times however, I declined and Insisted he pays me back fully at once then we agreed to do a half over the funds.

I felt no comfort and was unwilling I gathered little money with the believe I will recover again of course this is business take risk to make profit.

We went again and I took an extra huge loss that took me close to 5 month to recover.
Tugrow can become extra unresponsive and would go mute.

Currently we got left with 207 yuan

Clients were impatient as goods came late again 2+ months again ..

Long story half. He still owes me 207 yuan based on the left over of money for goods lost.


Hence I message him to pay me back as i cannot do this anymore.
He ignored me see attached.
He remained adamant and unwelcoming I had to involve Alfred.
Now he is claiming he doesn't do refunds via naira. Just telling me this silly rule now and this is not acceptable.

He is still asking me to do business with him so he can pay me back.
How wicked!

Please Tugrow I need my 207 yuan back in naira.
The abuse towards me is too much and I have a good reason for restraining myself from opening my mouth.

Well, what I can say is I have use tugro in past when I was still in the business, of three sanctions worth 200k Above and was successful only the third was a delay almost 3 month, delay was from the supplier which himself followed up and I got the items.

Things my happen which may not be him fault but he should settle with you peacefully.

His haphazard and unprofessional method of business is a big minus. I can remember writing a negative review here and he came against me sharing our previous conversations and claiming I wanted to spoil his business. Running a business is more than just having a business idea, you got to understand simple business ethics, be customer centric, and professional in dealing with people unfortunately that is not the case here. Pride, arrogance and unprofessionalism can bring down even an empire.

Tugrow is a big time scam, there service is the worse that I have ever used. They are very slow, my first and only order with them took 27 days to arrive here. When it did some of the items were not as specified, I don't really if they got it from somewhere else or not, because the shop that I placed the order said the only had a single colour so I demand for the colour but when it arrived I got two different colours. When I went through my items one of the items was missing, so I notified them about it but they initially said that they got everything but I insisted that one of my items was missing and they went through the order and said that the seller closed the order. So we had to place the order in another shop, the cost of the item that was missing was less than #1.5k, when it arrived after after about 2 weeks, they sent me a message to pay #2k+ and another #1k for waybill on an item that is weigh less than 0.5Kg and if it has arrived with the others I won't have spent a dime on it. That I should pay #3k+ for shipping and waybill for an item of less than #1.5k, who does that? The waybill that they did for me, they charged me #3.5K while they paid 2k to the transportation company. And I noticed that they inflate the weight of the items. Keep scamming people, nemesis will catch up with you soon.

Pls someone should recommend a better logistics company for me that ship from China... All this NBC and Tugrow reviews are really not looking good
