A lot of complaints about Perez and he seems too reluctant to respond to any.

Has he been active?

I dont think i have been seeing posts from him lile i used to.

If he is, he should share his side of the matter brought forward.

Though all stated is clear and detailed enough. However, Perezuche, bring forth your side of the matter.

Allowing both parties bring forth their matter before passing views is a sign of respect/honor to both parties.

But if my memory serves me right Mr. Perez has in the past been in a dispute with Mr mayor. A case of selling a 7plus that turned out to be iCloud locked? A dispute that took a while before he finally refunded or replaced that said device ( not too sure which).

Each time he has issues, thats when he gets on VESSEL. He has kept quite until when i called him out 2 days ago... Immediately i told him we want to return the phone, i was waiting for him give us directions as to where we should drop it, As always the ship dragged its anchor from the port side,... He ran away. I believe his going away has been premeditated.

You're right. They had an issue that dragged on for some months. I'm also wondering why there's another recent deal, despite their previous bad business.

Perez Uche to me is a dishonest deal hunter.I called him out some months back concerning a locked iphone 7 plus which he sold to me as unlocked but nothing was done about it.Kreamie intervened and nothing was done about it eventually. He is not to be trusted

This advise/disclaimer goes to does buying deals from we deal hunters and pickers,especially resellers...we need to educate ourselves the different between used items and new items...

If you buy used items like phones or laptops,let's bear it in mind that there might be sign of use,sign of use like little scratches or small dent,or a technical issues that can be easily fixed by the buyer,we should not expect a year old or more items to still looks like brand new item,there will be sign of use,and we should change our mind set about if my item get issue I will kuku return the item to the deal hunters or pickers and get my money back,we are all taking risk, and if there is issue,the issue should be resolved amicably between the buyer, deal hunter and picker....

Let us use a tokunbo Car as a case study,no matter how neat Tokunbo car is,you will surely fix one or two things when the car arrived Nigeria..

From finds,experiences and the complaints I got so far,our deals resellers is our major problem on this thread,how can you buy used unlocked IPhone X TLC 170k and sell it to your clients @ 250k.....you bought used items, sell it to your clients as used and sell it at reasonable prices and educate your clients that what he/she is buy is used, there will be sign of use..

My conclusion: the mind set of our deal buyers which says If I buy an item from a deal hunters or a pickers and the item have issue, I will get a refund,that law should be abolished...offer up and let go does not have buyer's protection,we should apply the same law here,if there is issue, the issue should be settled amicably between the pickers,deal hunters and buyer....we should all bear it in mind that its risk we are taken buy from abroad,anyone that cannot take such risk should jejely buy from Nigeria....

To set the record straight: I am given this piece of advice/disclaimer because the ideal of secure a deals and sell it on a pickers thread was initiated and started by me,it all started from Milky thread in 2017...so,if there is issues related to deals hunting,i think I have every right to comment and adjust the rules and regulations related to deals hunting....

I'm given this advice/disclaimer because of the disputes going on underground between we deal hunters, buyers and pickers....don't mind my English, I'm typical Village boy and I no too go school...

I'm open to comments and lasting solutions from our deal buyers,deal hunters and from our pickers...this is public forum,comments are welcome...thank you..

I got his alternative number from someone today... someone that has been speaking to him EVERY SINGLE DAY. The moment I called him,... probably truecaller showed my name... he hung up. Thanks to Dragnet for closing the TLC/AIN thread.

How do we curb the scams on TLC/AIN thread thats gradually becoming epidemic?

I humbly suggest that

i. Every TLC deal should have the name of picker.
ii. If you doubt the TLC deal, confirm from the picker, request that ownership be transferred from the deal hunter to you before shipping.
iii. When requesting for an AIN deal, dont ask people to message you on whatsapp, just ask them to quote you then you reach out to them.
iv. For AIN deal, if seller is not in your location and you dont really trust the seller, kindly make use of an escrow. It is better to lose 500 naira or 1k that would be charged by an escrow than to lose 100k.
v. Everyone should save as many contacts as they can so that when someone claims to be another person, you can easily detect because you have the original number saved.
