We have not seen the whole picture clearly,that conductor could be even the owner of the bus,and he is working in an office were he is required to tie his neck up,then he closes for work and decides to join his driver for a quick hustle,but if you have stayed in Lagos sights like these are common,I have even seen a corporate dressed gentleman hawking gala and lacasers in
the traffic in Lagos, years back.
