You don't even write like a jss2 dropout, just like how IamD18 said get a private teacher, who's going to teach you depending the department you've chosen, with just focus and hardwork you can finish a three year SSS in one year.

When trying to write an exam, I advise you write GCE to SSCE because some secondary may ask of JSCE before they could permit you in writing the exam, GCE also gives you the chance not to wear a school uniform, which will help you in doing your things privately.

Register to any special exam center for that.

Best option is to write GCE like Jayslicky said. Get a private tutor or register at a lecture center to help you through. I actually prefer the lecture centre as it will give you a chance to interact with different lecturers and students like you.

I think what you need is a Certificate from WAEC which you will get from writing the GCE a.k.a WASSCE.
But if you want it to be affiliated to a school then you may have to register the exam in a school of your choice. Many schools allow that.
