Why Is Customer Service In Nigeria Always Different?

A friend of mine wanted to make inquiry on DHL location in the S/East, the customer service agent (working for DHL) told him that she could not provide him with the exact address. The agent asked my friend to tell his brother who lives in the Nigeria to go  and search for DHL location because DHL is big enough company not to be recognized. Even the stupid customer service rep. (working for DHL) had the courage to tell my friend “I don’t know because I am not from East" What kind of divisive minded country is this? I weep for Nigeria.  My friend asks is Nigeria DHL different from ‘’real DHL’’

If we keep doing things this way, we can never progress.

Sorry about that experience. Did you report the incident to her manager/supervisor?

No my friend did not get her information. I wonder if she is the manager because she picked the call up first.
