In case you don't understand, it simply means Niger state alone can solve Ruga issue. Our leader should allow SS and SE manage the small land space in peace

So the core northern state have enough land mass to accommodate all sorts of grazing reserve abi na RUGA or cattle/cow colony? They should think outside the box on how to convert their arid lands to full fertile lands
