The Absence Of Love... by baldboy(m): 5:57pm On Jul 14, 2019
I picture something in my frame of mind: a country of no lust and hatred.

I saw a beautiful thing when I closed my eyes, a once troubled country, transmogrified into a haven.

Maybe an illusion I can't tell, but I was certain, I saw our leaders appropriating funds in due course. None of them were looting. Democracy was properly practise, as I saw the ideas of mere men being considered in the senate.

I had a pleasant dream last night, our jails were devoid of inmates. I heard no one commits crime any longer. I saw a bullion van loaded with several hard currencies plying the road, with no escort.

This wasn't a day dream, I was sure I saw every hospital bed vacant. No patient to occupy them. I saw doctors and nurses in their offices, playing ludo, and obviously gisting.

But reality slapped my face, it shown me an acute contriety of all the good things I've been seeing. I got troubled once again, as I see my troubled country.

The herdsmen are still beheading men's head; pipelines are turning to a demi-hell, Boko haram blowing before any upcoming artiste could blow; buildings have turned to rain, they are failing anyhow.
Unemployment is employing youths into robbery and kidnapping. So many bad things are just happening.

In a country where the post of Love is vacant, misery and hatred will automatically be employed, either wittingly or unwittingly.
Absence of love is the root of Perpetual evil and sorrows in the country.

If we all love, the country will be a better place to stay. Love is the panacea and the elixir to our country's malady. Let love heal the country. ❤❤❤
