The world of innovation belongs to all men. Neither religion, tongue, skin or sexual orientation excludes a man from innovation.

Google is one of such innovations, putting in your hands access to a billion sources of information. A quick search for innovations by atheists would educate you.

Christianity is a foreign religion - not African doesn't necessarily mean anti-African. Christianity colonised the minds - severing them from their native gods, and forcefully attaching them to the God of their colonizers.

The mind is the 'soul', a man's consciousness or reflection of who or what he is. The mind is the soul's hard drive, storing his experiences, forming his character.

In their minds, Jerusalem became a holy ground, long dead Jewish prophets are their role models, the 'Jews' a holy people - their minds are limited by the walls of the Bible.

In Nigeria, the Christian and Muslim holidays are celebrated more than tradition ones. Traditional institutions hold little value or meaning, other than the rare photo-ops during campaign rallies. The 'village people' are mocked, laughed at, taunted. To be civilised is to think like the white man.

The average Nigerian Christian has a very poor image of himself and his race. This is only a product of his education for he's been convinces, and reinforced his whole life that The Bible is the most important book worth reading.


The Bible holds a dear place in his heart, soul, and minds. He's attended more church services than engineering workshops. His life is devoted to Jesus - all of Him, and less of Himself.

He's convinced the Bible talks about his future and his past - it defines his thoughts and habits. Without the Bible, there is no life.

How can a belief tailored in the hands of foreigners suit your mind? Why would a Jewish carpenter die for your sins? Were your sins worse than that of those who threw the stones, and made merry of his death?

Killing, stealing and lying is a part of every human society, just like their more positive counterparts (kindness, honesty, and self-control). You should look inwards, and consider if you know of any Christian who's never stolen or lied. I'm sure Christians don't murder, so I'll ignore that one..

Why should atheists contribute anything?

Not much really, while the rest of the world was busy developing civilization through all its trials and tribulations, atheist sat on the sidelines waiting to take credit for it all.

Many of the most influential were just dictators who brought death and suffering. (Stalin, Mao, Pol Pot, Kim Jong, Enver Hoxha etc)
