we guide those who ask for it. others who are not interested you let them be. you do not force truth on people. it is actually a spiritual law called The Law of Non-Interference. The only duty you owe is to yourself to bring yourself out of darkness and go into the light.

l got a question! when you made this statement: "you are soul" l felt there's something Beneath
. what is it please ?

secondly, what it is with this "consciousness" of a thing, l mean how do you know what level of consciousness you are
in? what are the requirements of increasing it, stuffs you should do or be doing, and other-wise?

There was this Exercise of the week--the 'Report' one--where you write down whats troubling you as a 'report'. is it for Eckist initiates only? thanks

you are soul and you exist because of God's love for you.

very simple. The amount of unconditional love you can give out to life at any moment is directly proportional to your level of consciousness. the more love you can give the more expanded is your state of consciousness.

doing the spiritual exercises is a very good step. this opens you to the inner guidance that will bring out the rest of the steps you need.

The law which all seek to know is the great principle of life. Its simplicity is amazing for it is summed up in the statement: Soul exists because God loves it.
In other words , all life exists because God so wills it. This is the very foundation of life, the whole of the philosophy of Eckankar. There is nothing more and nothing less.
All life is built upon this basic principle of God. If Soul did not exist, there would be no life anywhere on earth or on any of the planets, nor on the various and many planes throughout the universe of God.

none that i am aware of. for me every day is a special day and every moment is a special moment to receive and share God's love.

Every Soul is unique. what may be good for one Soul may not be good for another Soul in terms of food. you have to discover yourself and what is good for you spiritually. That is why Eckankar is an individual path. The Holy Spirit gives you guidance in all areas of your life including what foods is good for you spiritually. all you need to do is to ask for guidance and you will receive it.

The methods of Eckankar state explicitly how to find this state of consciousness which exists within Soul.

one can touch the robe of GOD by experiencing the Light and Sound of God. This is made possible through doing the Spiritual Exercises, the commonest being the singing of HU as a love song to GOD.
