This promo has caused plenty wahala.
It led to fight BTW 4 ppl here in ph. A man was building. He called his supplier to supply him cement. The supplier didn't have enough, so he went to another seller to carry the cement and promised to replace the cement. The owner of the house instructed the site supervisor to keep all the scratch cards. The labourer scratched the car and saw it was a car, he wanted to hide it, but the engineer noticed it. Fight start ooo, the owner heard of it and came to collect his scratch car. The supplier also heard of it and came to collect the scratch card since the cement has not been paid for. The seller that loaned the cement to the supplier also came to claim the scratch card. They all landed in the police net. Police had to send them to dangote office and finally, the case was decided to the owner of the house.

Another case- a girl went to buy 1/2 bag of cement. The sales girl did not know there is a promo. On sharing the bag, the buyer saw and scratch card and took it. She stylishly scratched it and saw the car. She hid it and then requested to buy the full bag. Kasala burst when the buyer wanted to claim the car. The seller also came to contest it, but the case was decided in favor of the buyer..she bought the full bag b4 leaving the shop.

Congrats to him, but personally he should have asked if it could be in monetary form because the cost of maintaining the car may be out of his capacity.
