I went to the embassy to know what's going on, those we did interview 2geda av traveled to Turkey, though I still met 1 guy who did his in Aug 15 but didn't receive approval mail and I also met a guy too who approached d embassy last Friday but the security didn't allow him in, he try to stay ard and me Mr Lukman at ard 4pm complain dat the didn't send Him mail and d school will soon close admission, he was told to go and bring flight ticket nd insurance, d guy submit it on Monday, me nd 2 Oda guys did same thing on Monday, but after dey allowed us in nd met Lukman, he collected. Passport nd denied us. My pple I beg of u, don't try to pressurize them because the outcome is denial, always wait for approval mail and if they refused to send it, don't go there.

They didn’t deny you because you went to disturb them or so..my brother or sister they denied you because your visa application has been refused.The consular cannot deny you visa if your documents are accepted so please don’t have that thinking..call and disturb the embassy as much as you like..You paid visa fee so you have more rights to know about the whole processing [

The rate at which turkey are denying people is alarming and it is not their fault..If you know you want to come to Turkey and you don’t have good and strong documents then my brothers and sisters use an agent.. a trusted agent or else t is sure you will be denied..A lot of people who applied themselves were denied and you have to wait 6 months to apply again and just know that applying again is at a low percentage of you still getting the visa so just use an agent in securing the Turkey visa

If he is a competent agent then you would get the visa...guaranteed

I was at the embassy last week. This visa refusal is also applicable to Agents who claim to be trusted and also charge very high fees. At least I saw some chaos btw some applicants and their agents there. Also heard so many cases where some wicked agents forge visa and some other docs only to be sent back from POE after paying about 900k for the visa. My people, Turkish visa is what you can get without an agent. All is required is to know the procedure and have good supporting documents with proper guidelines from people who have undergone this process before.

For 30 and above apply with a company letter of recommendation stating your position and job discretion, write a cover letter your activities in Istanbul and how long u want to stay book your hotel and flight explain how much u want to spend on the trip example you have 2m and your hotel and flight is almost 1.4m this is refusal why would u want to spend that kinda money on vacation

Plan your expenses well look for low budget hotel and book use original statement and add anything u have that might compel you to return I.e marriage certificate child birth certificate fixed deposit land documents etc also make sure you write your cover letter like u would when seeking for a favors above all pray

Now this is how turkey operates if you get your passport back with a white paper stamp forget it you have been refused, if you get your passport back with a light green paper you have chances you might be called back or refused via mail

Now turkey separate application in 3 ways

1. If your application is considered 70 to 90% turkey will never return your passport without a visa you might be ask to submit a paid flight and all the process for this category last between 3weeks

2. This second category fall between people we they need further verification of there documents your chance here is 50/50 you will get your passport back 5days after interview with a light green paper at this stage go and pray hard you might either be called back or receive a refusal mail

3. This last category once you get a white paper return just move on

Above all agent are the cause of many refusal the collect your funds and sometime use counterfeit or don’t take time to work on documents because of the pressure on them from many client and work stress

Hey I have no issue with you and let me remind you the rules of travel section of Nairaland is that agent are not allowed and if the mod get to know he might close this section like he did to a section that was very helpful to people not until agent came and mess up the section and get it close down so carry you agent go collect money for bank bro

Hello please I need help I apply for turkey tourist Visa since September 10th up to now they have not emailed me or send back my passport I went there they said it’s not ready how is that possible anyone please for more than 2 months now.
