It is with heavy heart I share this experience yesterday, and a notice to whoever is in position to solve this terror.
Prior now it has been a tradition for mufti wearing men in numbers with heavy guns to alight a yellow mini bus, make indiscriminate confrontation, search ,and arrest especially young youths.
It have normalize now especially at ogba locality as norm without resistance.
Having been victim of this for numerous occasions, the worst happened last night.
I went to ATM ogba branch Lagos State to withdraw with a friend few seconds on the cue came a batch of black mufti dressed armed squard sniffing the cue as if searching for a particular suspect. Few seconds more came possibly the team lead who ask that some 2 guys with dread should come for interrogation immediately outside the ATM. And instruct all to bring out all exhibit (as they term it) in possession with threat to shoot the leg on delay. They took phones access it with laptop made few interrogation,at end 4 more guys were taken again with them.my phone ,ATM ,etc alleged exhibit we're returned to all, mine included,so I made my withdrawal and went my way.
Hardly did I know what access they had with our phone and alleged exhibit especially ATM card.
Early this morning I got a woke up call from that my friend miserably crying I'm finished ,I'm finished...... Said his little savings is missing he is getting alerts by 2:58am of 59k at Fcmb and 33k UBA. and he didn't authorize such. It can only be last night incident.
I rushed to my inbox me too 5k access and 10k ECO....I was just lost in thought.
Early this morning my friend was preparing to make entry to a police station, hoping I join , though I doubt if station will be open on Saturday, I'm still in shock to imagine it,
reporting it again to police as entry, from experience will incure me again spending more money for many other unending formalities with possibly no result,I don't even have time mon-fri. I usually leave for work 8am.
I am weak with this, just hope more people won't be victim ,and that the right authority get the message and help out .

go area G go report, ask for the DPO and you have to be very confident, you can even tell them you're a journalist, make your report and go to the bank where you were robbed ask for the bank/branch manager, relate your experience, it will cost you 5k to get the. CCTV footage, just tell them the time and date.

This is serious. They must have found a way to copy/clone your ATM security codes & number while distracting you with the fake investigation

Only if it wasn't exactly as SARS having being doing having been victim number of time at ogba junction. I would have noticed folw play.and also I wondered y alert came 2.58am.
Still down inside me I believe it's them or exact clone, or in cooperation ,cos of dat unique solid sniper like gun they wield.

Since you hardly have time and can't create time for it, go to twitter and Instagram post it in a detailed and more understanding form (what you wrote there on 'inbox " and "5k" is not comprehensive enough.

Make a detailed twitter, Facebook and Instagram post, cc NPF,Segalink, VP osibanjo, National Assembly, Ben Bruce, Shagamu, Abba kyari, lagos npf And so many other authorities and right thinking individuals that are influential. Moreso the said bank, their HQ, that branch, CBN-this is for inside bank investigation. After that damage and apply for new card, likewise your friend.

Be pitiful and sorrowful in your post, then most importantly pray to God about it for his intervention through any of those people you tagged/copied, and also for your own safety. That will work I guarantee you by God's grace.

Best of luck.
