your best bet is plastic surgery but as you pointed-out ,you lack the financial power. I will advice you to use unripe cashew nut,peel it off and pound it in a mortar then rub it in the affected area.Do this for 2 weeks and thank me later.

Hen  If u try those listed options. I swear u won't like yourself after. Just live with it. There are many millionaires with tribal marks
