Please guys I need advice in monitoring my Barbing salon business. The thing is I cannot be there 24hours and the guy working for me might just make 10k and tell me its 5k since I'm not there 24hours with him and I will still pay him. Pls guys who have done this before can give me ideas to monitor this work. I'm thinking of security camera that's not expensive that I can get that will record the whole day activities and when I got there to close for him I can review how many people he work on and know the amount he suppose the deliver for that day. Don't know if I can get that kind of security camera. Any advice will be surely helpful |

Go n install a secret CCTV in ur shop. Don't allow him to know about it. |

Study the place for about two weeks. Record all sales in a notebook. Get the average daily sales. Contract out the place to him. Give him a target. |
