Hello Landers,

Your earnest advice is needed.

I am aware several thread has been opened in the past with similar topic, but sufficient time has passed since the last discussion here, thus a lot may have changed, my situation may also be slightly peculiar.

My office is in Marina and I need to get to the office before 7:30 AM.
I just need a quiet and serene place to stay maybe for the next 2 years.
Easily accessible to my office by bus.
My budget for the total package is 400k (One room self-contain).

Two locations have been suggested to me (Ajah and Gbgada). The former seems to have nicer houses, better prices and more popular in all my searches online.

Thanks all

I will advise Ajah for you, probably Thomas estate or Osapa/Agungi area. That your budget can get you a decent mini flat in such places and you'll have to leave house early too to meet the 7:30 office deadline cos of traffic.

Ajah is okay for you... With 400k you can even get a nice room and parlour selfcon. And direct early morning bus to cms #300 or #200 it depends on the area you end up staying in ajah

Thanks all for your kind advice.

I think I'd go with Ajah as adviced.

By leaving early, how early? Say I leave home by 6AM can I make it to the office in that time?

Secondly, I found two offers online on an agent's site which I like around Badore Road, please is the area ok?.

Thank all again for your suggestions.

I stated at this badore for some years. Let me know if you want to make any form of verifications. Though securing an apartment closer to your workplace would have been advised.

Thanks kunleweb for your help.

I want a place close to my workplace. The two locations I mentioned were only suggested to me, as I've not been there I don't even know how close or far they are from my workplace.

Looks like I have to create a thread seeking apartment close to my workplace, is that what you mean?
