Panorama Engineering will be training 150 people this year which will be a 2-week fast track solar training for students, technicians, those on the job and for anyone that wants to be solar entrepreneur.

The training covers both theoretical and practical sessions with the following packages:

TRAINING PACKAGE

2.How to install battery inverter back up
3.How to install solar facilities for boreholes
4.How to solar power CCTV camera
5.How to solar power street light
6.How to solar power traffic lights.

The Training Course outline is as follow:
1.Introduction to renewable energy
2.Basic concept of Electricity
3.Load Survey and Analysis
4.Sizing and specifying Solar Power Facilities
5.Costing and Procuring Solar Power Facilities
6.Connecting batteries and solar panels on series, parallel and parallel-series and Series-parallel
7.Connecting solar panels-charge controller-Batteries-Inverters-Distribution Board-Household appliances together.
8.Safety Precautions and Measures.
9.Maintenance of Solar Power Facilities.
10.Hand on the the job training.
11.Marketing strategy for Solar jobs/projects-BoI, CBN and Sterling bank opportunities in in Solar Energy.
12.Certification.

Eligibility:
Minimum of Secondary school certificate

The trainees should come with these items for the practicals:
1.Four(4) piece of card board papers.
2.Tape rule. It can be Tailor’s type.

For the Design (Theory):
1.Writing Materials: pen, pencils and booklets.
2.Calculator.
3.Ruler or Mathematical instruments.
