But a lot of African nations are not coming forth with their own part of the money and Nigeria is thinking of doing this herself. Is this a right decision to you? It cost a lot and matter of fact is underway in Nigeria but other nations either wanted it on their soil but 'r not bringing their own share of the money and some others are just tired that everything is going to Nigeria. |
