I'm sorry, I'm just seeing this now. To your questions.
No, there is no Exam required into the postgraduate program. The minimum grade required is second class lower division for any choice of course.
FUTA is relatively peaceful and cool, students go about their business quietly and you can hardly see students causing mayhem within and outside the campus. For hall of Postgraduate hall of residence, it is divided into 2. The single bedspace which is #100,000 for a year and the double bedspace which is #75,000 a year.

The infrastructure is just like in every other federal University, some are spoilt while some are bad. There is constant power supply though. For the hall, there are some rooms that have water running and other ones that have to fetch water to their room from the storex tank within the hall.
