Gov. Ihedioha’s photographer light up Owerri founds Imo Shutters Association(photos)

The ImoShutters first event in Imo state was organized by the Governor of Imo State personal photographer and his cofounder.

Chinonso Bonaventure, a personal photographer an aid to the governor of Imo State, Emeka Ihedioha, has proven that one can be in government and still pursue his or her dreams, despite the exigencies associated with his job.

By founding IMO SHUTTERS Association, Bonaventure has not only united photographers in the state, but he has also sparked their passion and much desire in them. Speaking at the events, Emeh Danie urged the member to find needs in collaborating with each other and also stressed on the importance of having a united body as the IMOSHUTTERS.

The association is cofounded by Chimdiebube Anosike, the CEO of 895 media which the pair also cofounded. The inspiration behind their massive involvement with photography is to insure that in the nearest future, photographers will be given the voice they desired within and outside IMO state. The duo intend to organize annual seminar for photographers in the state under the auspices of IMO Shutters Association.

The association’s inaugural meeting on 17th September 2019, was a gathering of the who is who in the photography industry in IMO state.

This wouldn’t have been possible if Bonaventure and his friend Chimdiebube did not take the bull by the horn.

Both have exhibited passion for the profession and proven to every one that they have the best interests of photographers in IMO state at heart. And this calls for unity of Photographers in the state, Eastern Heartland.
