Glad you know it's not a crime to rent a billion van in Nigeria.

Now, if the people you are quoting don't offer credible and valid proof to support their allegations with, don't quote them.
I would love to meet you in real life.. Nairaland will run your headline

People are funny....Abeg is Tinubu an elected official? Are we saying private citizens can't be posperous? People just like to dream of the impossible, what exactly are yo ugoing to accuse him of? Crimes commited before 2008 or profits from over 20 companies in which he either owns or is a major stakeholder. Don't hate the player, hate the game grin grin grin grin

Before quoting and requoting misguided, mangled and misinterpreted EFCC act by some oldo social media illiterate on twitter, first read and understand the act, what it empowered the EFCC to do.

1. Bola Tinubu is a private citizen, not a public office holder.

2. Bola Tinubu is a major business owner in Nigeria, even according to many of you, he's the owner of many businesses from Radio to TV, Newspaper, construction, major shares in INTELS and so on, so, is hiring a bullion van to transport his valuables living beyond his means?

3. is Bola Tinubu's House in Ikoyi that was given to him as part of his state pension entitlement living beyond his means?

4. Is hiring or not hiring bullion vans by people who can afford it a criminal offense or trigger for investigation or does it mean you are living beyond your means?

5. You people need to stop acting like little children and spoon-fed illiterates by listening to other ignorant people on social media just because you hate the man in question.

8. It's really mind-boggling how you people credit him with many major businesses, but you act brand new and alarmed that he acts like a rich businessman. Are you people just confused or it's just contradictions and hypocrisy.
Your case is pathetic. Atiku's in-law and lawyer were arrested by EFCC for money laundry some few days after the election. They were alleged to carry out transactions in cash in excess of the amount stipulated by the money laundry act. But Tinubu that moved bullion van on the eve of election was not even invited or investigated.
If we are to toll the line of your argument, it was very obvious that Atiku's lawyer and in-law can afford the amount found on them.
I will advice you to read the EFCC anti money laundry act. The fact is EFCC committed a great blunder by not investigating Tinubu and it is absurd that Akpabio is a minister today!

Businesses, Churches, Schools and other institutions rent bullion vans from time to time. Tinubu is undoubtedly a billionaire that can afford to rent a bullion van. This however does not prove or disprove the fact that he is the father of Lagos and a looting politician like every Nigerian politician. So, stop wailing about bullion van and the Jagaban Borgu.

U don't even know, efcc investigate people for having money or exhibiting wealth that is above their earning and source. Carrying hard currencies on the eve of election is worth investigating.. There is no sane country where that can be done.

I don't like people who pretend that all is well when deep down their heart they know that all is not well. Efcc will go to universities and mass arrest youths for having expensive rides, living large, etc. That is what Sega is asking them to do to politicians who also show off money that is more than what thy could have earned. Investigate them.

But u know deep down that it is not possible to investigate politicians loyal to a sitting President. It didn't start today. But what pains me is that Buhari and his team keep singing of integrity. But they are doing same thing past administration did. Efcc has always persecuted enemies of a sitting president. Efcc does not investigate friends of a sitting president. We can't pretend that we don't know. The former Edo state governor, many people have written to efcc to investigate him, but they have refused to do so. There are many like that as well.

Is renting Bullion van a criminal offence in Nigeria?

So, anyone can rent or acquire a bullion van solely for cruising in and out of his personal residence,??!.... That shouldn't raise efcc eyebrows??! But, young boys spending thousands in night clubs while driving fancy cars should be investigated??!...

See what a crime fighting organization has been reduced to on social media... I can't imagine FBI falling this low.
