Must hold HND or B.Sc in any discipline.
Must have very good computer skills.
Must have good command of English Language and be articulate.

Responsibilities
• Greet, announce, and direct visitor
• Answer questions and address complaints
• Contact and request courier service
• Distribute incoming mail and packages
• Send and distribute faxes
• Maintain common areas, such as conference rooms.
• Document processing using MS Word and Excel
• Proofread and edit documents
• General administrative responsibilities including large format scanning and copying
• Filing
