Even if this measure is introduced in Nigerian education system, it will never stop examination malpractice. My old friend in secondary nicknamed 'Giraffe' can look beyond this carton box. Even with this box covering his head, he can rotate and stretch his neck angle 360°

Just ask Nigerians who have ever visited to India whether India is like Nigeria in common or not. Even our smaller cities.
Agree that it's not a very great place to live in but it isn't a $hitole either unlike shown by western propaganda machine.

Not population and population growth has little to do with it. Countries with world's highest population densities are among most advanced in world while those with low are backward. Successful ones of them have population concentrated in particular region of their country. Because denser population makes infrastructure projects feasible what won't be possible in a vast and barely populated country. (Doesn't mean that you should let go it crazy high either. Nigeria can't keep 1 billion people with less than one third or less than one tenth of areas of India & China).

Your country STARTS to improve (and won't suddenly become successful) once you get hold on it (neither high nor low population growth).
