I am a business owner with some money saved up looking to set up a solid real estate company. I have been told about land sponsorship in Lagos (where you help a community or land owner family sponsor their land either through survey, bush clearing, land reclamation etc) and you'll be given some agreed number of plots in return which you could sell for some good profits.
