Here's one, copied and pasted from the one and only consultant grin :

Chin-Chin

6 cups of Flour
1 cup of butter
4 eggs
2 cups of sugar
Water
Nutmeg or cinnamon
Oil for frying

Prepration
Incorporate the butter into the flour
Add sugar and nutmeg/cinnamon
Beat and add eggs
Add water as required
Knead dough until you have a smooth mixture
Roll out dough
Cut into small pieces
Deep fry
wink cheesy

Afterwards, call me to taste tongue

Ha, I tried to make some the other day and it all went a bit wrong. For a start I used self-raising flour instead of plain. and then I had to guess the quantities because we don't use 'cups' here in the UK.

It came out like donuts instead (and was very nice) but does have anyone have a recipe that tells you the quantities in ounces or grams not cups? And I guess it is plain flour not self-raising?

Chin-Chin: Pour, Shake, Crunch!

Sometimes called Nigerian cookies, Chin-Chin is a sweet snack made of fried dough. We like it not too hard, not too soft, enough to deliver that satisfying crunch. Kids, their parents and their grandparents all love this snack.

Are you in the US looking for where to buy Nigeria made chin chin
