I don’t think you understand the concept of being in the right place at the right time with the right client.
There are quite a few times you end up closing 500,000 usd deal and you’ll sit on zero sales for the next four weeks to 8 weeks or more .
Most of the time it’s not about how long you’ve been in the industry it’s about how smart you follow up on your leads and how solid your leads are .
And yes a broker closed 200 million deal .
