I do not believe this story but before you start relishing the pleasure of attacking women at the slightest opportunity, think this through.

That there's a chance of someone being a social media nudist and a good administrator as well doesn't mean HR teams shouldn't apply caution while recruiting. If something as simple as your dressing on the interview day matters, how much more your consistent social media appearance? You singled out Jack Dorsey; this is like people discrediting the university education because Bill Gates is a drop out. What you don't know is that these guys are "one-in-a-million". The ratio of world business leaders with nose rings to those without nose rings directly reflects the probability of a nudist or nose ring wearer successfully leading a business. For every single Bill Gates, there's a million useless drop outs.

You didn't even ask the role the prospective candidate was aiming for and how her personality might be of concern in that regards.
